Personal training programs is a personal site of mine just explaining of what personal training programs have worked for me. Hopefully this will be a two way experience as I hope you learn from me as I would like to learn from your personal experiences as well.
Just like allot of people I have been training on and off for a while. I have decided this new year to start my own personal training programs guide in hopefully helping others with my personal experience and in the meanwhile get some information back.
I am by no means a professional fitness instructor but I do have 6 years fitness training experience and would like to share some of my experiences with whoever is interested.
These experiences include what exercises are killer and really give you a workout in half the time of a regular 4 set routine training program. Sharing these workouts and alternating your exercise routine will have a massive effect on your training. Routine is very bad when it comes down to training and gets boring fairly quickly.
I will be beginning from scratch giving people the chance to start from 0 and slowly move up to killer exercises and have the ability to create his and her very own personal training programs.
